EMAR Introduction Course  

Who is the training beneficial for? 

All personnel working within the EMAR (European Military Airworthiness Requirements) framework: 
Officers in command, managers, technical and other personnel working in an organisation seeking or holding an EMAR organisation approval.Personnel requiring initial or updating training in an approved EMAR organisation. 

Managers and other personnel working in an Operating Organisation with continuing airworthiness responsibility.

Personnel working in a National Military Airworthiness Authority (NMAA). 

Course description/ Course details
Training objectives:

Introduction, knowledge and understanding of the EMAR concept.

Get an overall understanding of the background for the EMARs. 
Learn the basics of the EMAR harmonised requirements framework. 

Understand the concepts of initial and continuing airworthiness. 
Introduction to the National Military Aviation Authorities and their roles and responsibilities. 
The Operating Organisation and its role and responsibilities in relation to EMAR.

Understand the relations within the EMARs. 
Gain an understanding of the main requirements in each EMAR by introduction to: 

EMAR 21 CERTIFICATION OF MILITARY AIRCRAFT AND RELATED PRODUCTS, PARTS AND APPLIANCES, AND DESIGN AND PRODUCTION ORGANISATIONS 

EMAR M CONTINUING AIRWORTHINESS REQUIREMENTS 
EMAR CAMO REQUIREMENTS FOR CONTINUING AIRWORTHINESS MANAGEMENT ORGANISATIONS 
EMAR 145 REQUIREMENTS FOR MAINTENANCE ORGANISATIONS 
EMAR 66 MILITARY AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE LICENSING 
EMAR 147 AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE TRAINING ORGANISATIONS 

Duration
This course is designed for one full day, but it can be condensed to a half-day format for participants who do not need an introduction to each EMAR.
In-Company training. Course delivered on-site at your facility.
